couple of pics from Croome Park.

The photographer took alot more but they didn't come out very well.

The woodland is being made safe for the redevelopment of all the paths. Croome park are at the moment doing alot of work in the previously neglected woodlands, also creating an arboretum which we hope to be involved in soon.

anywho, an 80ft pine with a severe lean towards the main footpath...simple shed down avoiding surrounding trees and plantation on edge of path. Apologies for lack of flying top pics but cameraman was rubbish:001_tongue:

Does my bum stick out..??

Nice work.

Digital delay is a bitch! The first flying top is the most dramatic, but also the least likely to be captured for posterity!

he was using a canon powershot 7.1mp jobbie...The top pics came out way to dark. I normally do better with just my phone..lol

never mind, the last one came out quite well.

I haven't John, I'd ask whereabouts it is but tbh my sense of direction goes to pot around that lake. It just goes on forever doesn't it..??..lol, they really put the hours in when they built it thats for sure. Is it woodland side or Croome Court side..??

Depends which lake we're talking about lol.

It's close by the lake which is in the formal part of the gardens (not far from the grotto) Walk round the lake, anti-clockwise and its set back on the right-hand-side. lovely looking old tree that’s clinging onto life.

ah ok, I know where that is, we were working clockwise from the grotto the other day, across the lake from the cobra slings I told you about....:001_tongue:

I'll have a wander round next time we are there.
