Here are some pic's of the second poplar that came down.Fairly large, after a month off the tools it provided me with an opportunity to stretch my hamstrings in preparation for more "Lunges of Summer"

Good stuff mike... waiting to see more lunge poses.

could have gone for a luge pose with all this snow here today. :001_tt2:

You doing a tree related deg? Which course? Don't think I could give it up 40, I enjoy the job too much. good luck with the long term plan.

FdSc arboriculture Myerscough, My problem is i need to be constantly chalenged, and be doing what fuels my childlike enthusiasm and heart for me to live a fullfilled existance. Ive become so engrossed in fungi and ecology and some of the many deeper legal issues regarding trees that I just have to get involved and have my pennies worth.

it isnt that i dont love the art, there is no job satisfaction quite like solving the conflict between man and tree whilst still retaining its grace and dignity.

But it is time for me to do more, make a bigger difference to a great many more trees and life in general than i can achieve one tree at a time.
