Anyone missing a two handed Ascender?

Hi Folks,

Not been on for a while now as not had internet for the last month.

Anyway was helping out a friend on a archeology dig last week just out side Inverness when I stumbled upon a two handed ascender with a ball lock karabiner, maillon rapide and a length of rope all attached to the ascender.

It was just sitting in the middle of the field, I dont think it had been there long as there is no sign of rust and it looks almost brand new.

I spoke to the farmer and asked him if there had been any tree surgeons working in the field but he didn't know.

It is really weird how the person to find it was a tree surgeon.

So if you have lost it then you should really take care of your expensive equipment a bit better.

But if you can tell me where you lost it and a description of it then I am happy to return it to you.

If nobody claims it then my Christmas came a little early this year.

Cheers

Stevie
