Doesn't matter what caused it, if a part of the boot failed that quickly then it wasn't up to the job

So if I saw my 5 month old boot in half they will give me new ones???

 

I don't think so!!!!!!!!!!!

 

The guy has said it was his fault, so why should the manurfacture pay?????

Skyhuck, that's like comparing a fault with a new car and writing it off. He hasn't sawn his boot in half, he has ripped off the lace hook. If the boot, which is marketed as a professional boot, can't handle a bit of abuse then they aren't fit for heroes. And in case you were going to ask, I have the same boots myself and think they are great. :001_smile:
