Fountains gone bust?

I think its going to be a very complicated one, as I think some companies within connaught are actually still seperate to them but working under there banner. No doubt it will all come out in the wash.

Fountains has not gone bust. It is a dormant company. Connaught Plc brought Fountains last year, from this, connaught merged their existing GM/Landscape/Arb contracts with Fountains to form Connaught Environmental (CEL), CEL is a division of Connaught group which is formed by Compliance, Environmental and Partnerships. Only Group and Partnerships have been placed into administration, Compliance and CEL are stand alone business.

Not having a pop at anyone but I hope that this clears the issue up with people, as there are a lot of direct and sub contract staff employed by Connaught who have enough to deal/worry with, without people surmising to give them more to worry about

 

its a tough world out there at the moment.
