Simple really, just either put me or Hama on your ignore list & then you won't see any doubling up anymore

 

 

 

I think the point you make affirms the fact that fungal communities can be generally very localised in type, habitat, timing & conditions.

Interesting, im going into my references now to see why i have it in my head as neo var folicaea! but those fruit bodies you show do develop into the jelly discs, imperfect? or just imature?

I dont know where I got that name from but my jordans nor blacks nature guide has it listed as neo foliacea! man, im having a senior moment, thought the merlot is contributing! lol

Just a quick mention whilst Chanterelle's are having another plug, - the 'Chanterelle's' in Dave's post (No 66) are actually False Chanterelle's, as real gills are showing, not 'folds' as in real Chanterelles.

 

Um ....... do you follow that ?
