to be honest david i would be inclined to ebay it and buy a new transcube bunded site fuel store , if you have a swinger of timber crane you will be able to load it and un load it from the back of a truck , the ruels for fuel storage have all been ammended in recent years and that tank will mostlikely not meet the current standards . especially if your on sites working for big nationals !!
