I would still ring a crane company, you would be amazed where they can get in. Any good crane company will come out and look at the job.

 

MEWP might be quicker if you dont have a confident climber. I wouldnt pass up the chance to climb something like that, you might never get another opportunity.

MEWP would be quicker than any climber (worms, can, open - interested, not!), but a 35m MEWP would take up as much room as a crane! What is the drop zone like? If you can bang it down in big chunks that could be pretty quick, but as Peter has pointed out, a crane can move the chunks quickly as well.

 

A 110 footer would take some cutting into handball sized lumps!
