Hi Robert.

Sorry for the confusion, I dont do any aerial work yet! So maybe its different? Always just assumed that you use them all the time:confused1: What do 'elf & safety say aboot it?

Sam

you dont have to wear gloves using a chainsaw from rope and harness.in fact its nigh on impossible to climb in chainsaw gloves:thumbup1:

Yeah the guy working the ropes is new to it. tryed to show him how to let it run but it takes time how to learn it right as its all about timing etc. I ended up just telling him to put 2 wraps on as i was worried he wouldn't have control and break something. Batteries ran out just before i knocked a 20ft head out onto the pulley..got shooken about then. lol

Haha. I know the feeling. "Let it run" you shout, "Let it what?" they shout back. "argh stuff it, give it 2 wraps" hahaha:lol:

i don't wear gloves climbing. find i get better grip with just bare hands.

Don't wear them on ground either as they get slippy when wet and i reckon they are more likely to cause an accident

Ahh ok, I havent ever though off it that way :thumbup1: Food for thought indeed.

Thanks :)

Sam
