Pls put me on any mailing list re courses, or informal look'n'learn / muck in. Had a day with Mark Turnbull a couple of years back, interesting but basically just a ratch around his yard/stables and a look at the kit. May have watched you working at a Kielder open day 5-6 years back?

Am at wallington hall cambo,Am looking at doing some horse logging course's if people are intrested.

 

Ross, the course would be a great idea. Was chatting to Donald the dry stone waller today, & thinking of combining on some course weeks, your horse logging is another perfect activity to fit in. Also a good chance we'll have NPTC & LANTRA chain-saw, brush cutting etc... courses running from our woods too, We can't do anything this year, but we'll probably hatch it over the autumn, put in place in the winter & try to start next Spring. What do you think? Could be good for us all!
