Chainsaws in movies

I particularly like the way Butch contemplates how he would use the topper as a weapon,

just before he catches a glimpse of the Samorai Sword......

Thats not a topper. But good shout all the same!

Does anyone remomber supergrass? Or "The Supergrass" I think it was called. Robbie Coltrane walks across a sea wall with a cello case and opens it up and there is a chrome chainsaw in it which he then jumps into the sea and cut a boat in half!

Gotta go with Army of Darkness too, Hail to the King Baby :thumbup1:

On a similar note, Chainsaws are getting used in other media too, a game I muck about on from time to time with friends is a Zombie Apocalypse deal called Left 4 Dead 2 - heres a clip of it [ Can't work out which Saw it's meant to be though, doesnt sound like a Stihl or a Husqy :laugh1: ]

Yeah, Evil Dead for me too! Hence the avatar!!

however, in army of darkness he loses the chainsaw and replaces it with a mechanical hand doesnt he??

the scene in evil dead to when he saws his hand off is a classic!

Left For Dead 2 is a blast. The chainsaw looks like a sly cross between the 2. It's a cruel thing game developers like to do to keep us wondering.

It is a damn fun game  I'll have to drop you a PM mate, have a game with you on Steam sometime if you fancy it

they are classic films!

allways prefered the second one over the other two cos they kept it nice and simple.
