Got my first saw today for free :) off an old uncle

 

Gave it a clean and it started up first time after 4years in the shed looking for a chain for it now then specs i could see of the bar Well whats left of it is

 

 

14inch bar

 

.50

 

That was it its a 2002 model as well Hope you can help guys

 

 

The fuel what would you reccomend 50:1 25:1 how would i mix it as well is it 25mm of oil to 1litre of petrol

 

It might be a crap saw but im made up with it :thumbup:

100mm of 2 stroke to 5 litres of petrol,

 

If you go on FR jones website and follow the link to the chains they have for sale, You can type your saw model and bar in and it tells you the right chain :thumbup1:

Nothing wrong with a 180 mate, used to use one as a "chipper saw".

 

Normal fuel mix 50:1, if your not going to use 5litres of mix up before it "goes off" mix up litre at a time 1litre petrol and 20ml 2stoke.

 

Go on jonsies chain website and get one off there, be surprised if it costs you much more than a tenner
