With reference to an increase in legislation, can anyone enlighten me as to why this will work when the law we have in place is obviously not being properly enforced yet? As for the IDF/ Hamas debate, having done a report on Gaza for the International Law module at Uni this year it is plain that there are several grounds for charges of war crimes on both sides but with Israel being so closely allied to the USA (powers of veto of investigation by the ICJ) and Gaza not being recognised as a state by the ICJ any legal action is unlikely to happen. :sneaky2:
