belts or braces?

I tried a pair of braces, lasted about half a day. Never known anything so uncomfortable in my life, just seems to direct the sawdust straight into the trousers! So belt all the way here:001_smile:

Have to say I've never needed either. My hips seem to do perfectly fine job of keeping my trousers up.

 

I was just thinking that... I use a belt but my hips seem to manage most of the holding on their own

 

I've noticed a lot of the guys on the other arb course at my college seem to wander around with the Husqvarna braces dangling off their trousers and apparently not supporting anything (which Dionysus will confirm ) .. fashion statement maybe?

 

I haven't tried braces before but the positioning doesn't look particularly female friendly

braces for me i like a little slack around my waist when climbing though you do get more dust around the wedding tackle than a belt
