Your broadband speed?

Just wondering what your speeds are according to Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test

I'm quite excited as I've moved into a new house and mine has gone up by nearly ten times

has anyone any info on this, i dont really trust stuff like this on the net, a little dial telling me my computer is slow and then they want £25 for the product.

my computer is really slow these days, its driving me mad, if this works i would be delighted but i am just a sceptic

Mine wont play utube vide anymore, the pic wont keep up with the sound and the fan is running all the time, i cant find the defrager on this laptop, i have cleaned out the files, cookies, recycling bin with another cleaning system but it hasnt helped.

Hi Steve

 

If you right click on your 'c' drive and choose properties, you should get a box open up - choose 'tools' and see if the defrag is there.

 

That's for windows XP, not sure about vista..

Have you checked the fan itself, to see if it clogged up?

 

My internet is painfully slow, but thats nothing to do with my computer. My old computer was doing the same as yours though stevie which is why i went and bought a new laptop yesterday
