Yes alot.

 

cant use the finger at all it hurts too much. can do just simple things like using a knife and fork properly.....can fish small objects out of awkward places.

 

didnt stop me working thought i was back working the on the 27th of december only 3 days after the event.

p.s He's a yorkshireman and he made us take his paddling gear off so they wouldn't cut it off in hospital!

 

Hahaha, I meant in the first pic, if you are talking about the black eye, that is the norm round here, I thought they were fashion accessories, everyone in huddersfield town centre seems to have one :biggrin:

 

As for the paddling gear, nowt wrong with trying to save a bit of brass lad :thumbup1:

Moving a bloke with a broken back isn't a risk worth taking to save any amount of money imo.

My mate got his fingers stuck in some Hedge cutters a while back, think he was 5 months off work, Ambulance had to take the cutters apart to free his hand, Said it was horrible as the hex keys wouldnt fit properly because of all the blood.
