In a way that I haven't got a clue what your on about quoting me for something I haven't said or trying to imply I have said something ??[/quote

How could I quote you for something you haven't said when you put it in your post?:confused1:

As I read it, you seemed to be saying the only benefit to having qualifications was being able to put letters after your name. If that wasn't what you were saying, what did you mean?

Contradiction in terms I do believe.

You say "It depends what practical experience you've had" and then go on to say "You could have 30 years practical experience, but it would count for nothing".........:confused1:

I mean if you learned tecniques 30 years ago eg cleaning out cavities with belt sanders, slapping on wound paint etc. Then didn't learn any newer techniques or methods of working since, then those 30 years would count for nothing as they would be 3 decades behind the times.

I agreed with Stevie in that if you have gone to the trouble of spending years of studying you should be able to get the credit for it.

The only credit most get is to put a couple of piddly letters after their name.

You have jumped to a conclusion because you didn't read stevies post to which I was agreeing ?? :001_smile:

I read your post and his. I'm one of those who puts a couple of 'piddly' letters after his name. If you use a word like piddly, I think I was correct in reaching the conclusion I did to your original post.

I think you've been drinking.

Either that or your just after an argument.

I am saying 5 years study is worth more and should deserve more recognition than a few letters after your name

You read that statement how you like, I couldn't give a toss

After that lot, it looks like your the one whose been drinking AND is after an argument!:001_smile:

Try not to be so ambiguous in your posts then, and people wont take them the wrong way.

Just because you couldn't give a toss how others read your statements and what you try to say in them, doesn't mean that the people who do read them couldn't.

Your the only one taking it the wrong way.

Try not to be ambiguous ???

Try reading statements and pausing for thought, before you jump in feet first see if it could be read another way because you have obviously gone way over the mark and taken it totally the wrong way :sneaky2:

I'll just try and avoid your posts in future. Life's too short for this.

Post whatever unclear doubletalk you like.
