Hey guys,

 

I need to buy a silky handsaw for my college course, but there are so many i dont know which one to buy, any suggestions?

 

i also need to buy a pocket knife with retractable blade any suggestions for this aswell?

gomtaro is a good saw, my personal favourite is a 330mm zubat.

 

petzl do a nice little knife with a hole so you can clip it to your harness with a krab, spathia i believe its called

i was reading on here somewhere that the blade on those petzl's dont stay open, or something like that.

Can be a good thing as it wont tend to stab quite as effectively

Zubat 330 has a curved blade and we want our student to learn the principles of felling cuts with a hand saw..jus a thouhjt?

Its the Spartha, about £10 and u can clip to ur harness with small tool krab
