a weird question came up the other day, couldnt answer it, hopefully someone out there can........had an ex military guy came bye, he passed his hgv3 back in the day, what excatly does it cover these days........

Surely he'll have a photo driving licence, granted a few people still have a paper version but it's the only way to check what categories he's entitled to.

Gawd knows , he might be that ancient that they didnt have driving licences then
