Ms660 with big bore top end chain break

Bought the above for a steal on a local arb group, however the chain break rubs the exhaust, has anyone got a part number for a chain break that will fit? Cheers

Silly answer maybe but have you looked on L&S Engineers? 1122 790 9101 or 9102 ? Not sure if the difference is 9102 has the bolt included?

Cheers for the reply, yeah I've bookmarked the 9102, but will that give clearance over the exhaust manifold?

Not sure about that, should do if it is all standard - but someone with better knowledge will know

My 660 brake handle used to snag on the exhaust as well, when it was brand new.

It actually melted it slightly.

This actually seemed to help, and the issue resolved itself.

 

It’s been fine now for more than 15 years!
