Hi Alex, yes, it was me.

-And I'm unlikely to swop the manufacturers fitted chain/bar. Realistically, it works well enough for most pruning jobs, otherwise the 2511 comes up the tree..

3rd free battery arrived last week. 4th in roughtly a months time.

The blower cost less than a battery would have.

Want to get a double charger but its £100. *If* they did a 3 or 4 way fast charger I'd be happy with that.

Where was this from?  Have milwaukee stuff but might look at mixing some makita in if they did a battery deal.

Any proper retailer including Amazon, you claim for the batteries yourself here, the T&C link has a list of all the models. Takes around 35 days to arrive.

Theres also a promotoion for the 18v kit but I only tried one, split shaft power unit, and it was declined, the tool went straight back to Amazon.
