Forestry employment issues

I possibly need to stress I'm not posting to instigate another thread about industry pay - unfortunately pretty much anyone in the south East will tell you that cutting sweet chestnut has never paid that well, if you are cutting for someone else. I'm merely asking where else they can advertise, I'm posting for advice on the basis I'm a member on here

There aren't any! Hand cutters. Well there are but they aren't. Dying art.

A lot of Scottish on there but the odd English as well I think.

Forestry down south? Are you joking?! You have 90+% of the UKs usable timber crop. All the south now plants is cabbage for the townies. Stick to spruce I tell ya!
