Fuso vs Grafter

Afternoon all

Currently running two transits tippers, looking to upgrade one, and narrowed it down to the 1.9 lite 125hp Isuzu grafter 2.5 meter wheel base or the 3 litre 150hp Canter with 2.8 meter wheel base. Been warned away from the fuso by a couple of people due to cost and availability of parts, Isuzu works out a bit cheaper, what are people's experiences, struggling to decide between the two. Either would be brought brand new, so come with warranty for three years. But putting an arb tool box and body on, so want to keep for a while

Thanks

You thought about the Iveco Arb truck? Slightly more expensive but comes with all the extras as standard. We looked at the Grafter but there just wasn’t enough room or in cab storage for us.

theres a video demo on FB, here’s the link

Are they not the same truck under different brands?

I've been trying to obtain a price for a 5/6 ton of either make only to be ghosted by the dealers or told no longer imported into E.U despite being on the websites.

That does look very good.

Yes they’re expensive, but factor in all the extras you don’t get with the grafter, all electrics, air con, diff lock, tow bar, all around led beacons and there wouldn’t be much in it, and you can get 3 people in with space and comfort. Had ours off road and over fields with no slipping whatsoever. More surprisingly it’s got us more work due to raising our business profile. I certainly don’t regret buying ours.
