that’s not very nice eggs.

 

Thankfully I was aware that i was getting fat as i wasn’t really climbing any more so made the effort to get off my lardy arse and change my diet, start swimming and working out again. Not only do i feel great physically it’s done wonders for my mental health.

 

maybe some exercise and a lifestyle change would help you?

Exercise, I walk about 5-6 miles a day. I drove past you, end of March, early April, I’d have stopped and got breakfast, but…
