Field Topper ATV120

Hi.  I’ve snapped both of the belts on my flail topper ATV120

I’ve managed to change one belt but unable to move it to the second location further back. 
how do I get the second belt on 

 

Any help is much appreciated

Think you got the wrong size belt, there should be a lot more lack.

 

But a tyre iron/screwdriver can be used to lift it up and roll in into the next groove as you turn over the engine obviously with the spark plug disconnected.

Thanks. Rechecked order and it’s the correct one 

taken off tensioner and still no joy 

also used leavers, screwdrivers etc but no joy 

 

didn’t know if I had to take a wheel off ? 
if so which one. Top or bottom and can it be done
