Greenmech GMR100

Hi guys, first post so go easy. I've recently bought a second hand Greenmech GMR100, it's a great machine with a replacement B&S 16hp vanguard engine. I've just changed the blades as the old ones were very worn. Now all I can say is it's an absolute beast. The problem I'm encountering is a feed rate which is too fast, to the point if you don't hold some material back it will stall. Is it just the way the machine is? Am I missing something? Any help appreciated. Cheers Kev

Are they original blades, as I think they're hollow ground. So if they're just straight that would explain the overbite.

Nope, that is how good they and the CS100 work! You become the 'No Stress' device! Up to a certain size, they'd beat a 6inch with rollers!

As its gravity feed its down to you to stress control it with the size stuff you put in it. I have a Timberwolf 18/100 which is a fantastic machine on straight stuff but if you chuck a piece of cord about 4 inch in it struggles because no limbs slow it down.
