Took some pics thought you might like . Cheshire OAPs have been drystone walling . All are quite good at the job in hand some as much as 30yrs exp . Mind you they were looking like tramps long beards and I did get a wiff of Whiskey . Mind you top job

I'm sure it's different around the country but cotswold wall are supposed to levels in them. My grandmother repaired all the walls on our farm, though she didn't build them in the first place as that was 100 odd years before her time.

 

She could put the pro's to shame even with a walking stick in one hand! But this is the same grandmother who would remove paint from woodwork with broken glass cos it was cheaper than buy a scraper and blowtorch!!!!!!
