Anyone recommend any decent ratchet secateurs pls?

Not ratchet but got some ARS anvil ones recently from amazon jp  that are very good.

 

 

Not sure any of the  wilko type  ratchet  ones are decent I though that design are all are abit  rubbish?

 

 

There are a load of different cheap knock of 18v makita cordless one on ebay that im tempted by if you have any makitas batteries.

I've got normal ones, felco 

But fancy some ratchet ones for bigger stuff, bit of a cleaner finish then using the silky everytime 

 

Yeh, I'm wondered about those, I've plenty of makita batteries!

Bought some of those 18v knock offs a few weeks ago. They are surprisingly good and cut nice and clean on stuff up to 35-40mm. Hundreds of options. 
 

I went with these. They come with two batteries. But work even better with a makita battery. £80. There are a load more for double that price. 
 

though saying that my favourite secateurs are the 9” ARS bypass.

I also have the okastune 104 bypass ones, curved anvils are a good idea so much better than a  straight anvil, &  the same & applies  for loppers helps reduce the  force needed.

 

A german company called lowe who make some nice looking ones  say they invented the first anvil cutters.

Yes but pricey. Even their 12v version are £600 or more.
