I no a bloke who is local to me who is in the proccess of starting up an acadamy sort of thing? For young people to try and get into the trade. I havent heard much about it recently and not sure the details exactley but will try and find out.

 

I realy want to New York and work out there aswll as many other countrys.

I reckon there would be funding available from somewhere for such a project. It would need to be done well to make it worth it.
