Why do so many that post these ads forget to put what area you are first thing anyone looks for.

Guaranteed, with the first couple of posts someone will be reply saying, I’m interested, call me 07896 xxxxxx.

 

That right there is a fail.  You have already shown that you cannot read or follow instruction.  Two things that can be fairly useful in most jobs.

Agree in principle, but I'd say its common courtesty for a job advert to state the area.

Sure, I get that.  I would definitely put the area up.

 

BUT, within 30seconds, I had worked out the company was based in South West London or thereabouts.
