Hi, both of these trees were not in-front of our driveway and because we wanted the driveway so we had to pay and it was £650 each. Also I would suggest to check if there are any signs on roots on the pavements. Fortunately we could not see anything on the footpath therefore we decided to go ahead with this.

Hi Gajendra,

I hope you are well.

we currently have the same situation in Sutton where we applied for a drive 4 years ago and got rejected due to the RPA of one tree.

Reading your comments you ended up arranging with the council for a test dig.

Do we need to re-apply again to have our case open and then rejected to initiate process as our app was closed 4 years ago to request for the test dig?

how did you arrange for it? Did you call the Sutton council phone number? Or is there an application form we need to fill in?

many thanks for your help
