No.... I'd say its the slight dish in the flywheel above where the bolts are.... the blades are mounted on other side, chip gets cleaved and comes through this hole to this side of flywheel before thrown out of chute.... 

 

It's what's to be expected of a machine at certain hours, bugger all to.worry about
