ID help please on this Oak

Any thoughts on this fungus ID? On oak, SE England, and there's lots of possibly pin hole borer Frass all around the base. One side of the fence is a school, other side a busy park so could important!

It's looking a little like P. dryadaeus too, but anamorphic Fistulina would be much more interesting.

Is the pinhole borer any risk? there's a lot of it?

If the galleries only go under the bark and the run parallel to the surface then not so bad . If they go in board toward the center then not so good .

I have no experience of it. Might be the original infection point for the fungus.
