Milling Pics

Heres a few milling pictures from yesturday, this oak doesnt look that special but it came out better than i thought it would, glad we found that barb wire before the band saw did

Nasty looking bit of wire there mate! They had obviously run out of stakes when they were fencing:biggrin: What will the boards go to make? or do you just sell them on as they are? Any ideas what they would be worth if you dont mind me asking? Those norwood saws are the dogs! A chap that i supply with timber has one which i was very impressed with when i went to see it in action:001_cool:

haha yeah all the oaks we have been milling for this farm were felled from hedge rows, so its expected. All this is for a barn convertion, we've done most of it already and most of its in place, all this was for the staircase.

Yeahh still learning how to use this mill really, but its going bloody brilliant!

how much are these mills if u dont mind me asking ,it doesnt say on there site!thanks dan
