Looking at the comments and presuming some of them did understand finish the Husky lasted 12mins and did 220 cookies and the Stihl lasted 8mins and cut a 140 cookies

So thats  big difference in  favour of  husky but assume no free lunch so must weigh more?

 

Battery capacity must be larger in the husky or maybe narrower kerf chain?

 

540ixp Husky  saw & 14" bar =    ?                       Bi300  = 338 Watt-hours  Weight 1.97kg Toatal =      ?

Msa220  saw & 14" bar  = 3.8kg   Stihl AP300s  = 281 Watt-hours  Weight 1.8kg  Total     = 5.6kg

 

From above the husky battery is lighter weight per Watt-hrs

 

Cut speed was nearly the same per cookie...

An MSA 220 is on its way. Hopefully it's the right choice. The Husky is more powerful but maybe more of a saw than is needed for my hedge laying and a lot more dosh.

The Stihl in the video was not using their biggest battery either, so there is more in store.

You should also have more outlets for backup for the Stihl.
