Crane costs

Oh dear.

Work commenced today without a crane.

3 groundies, 1 climber (who did really well from what I gather).

1/2 the brush off 1 tree.

Would imagine other half off and stem down tomorrow.

Only 4 to go!

2 days with crane, I reckon. 1 with someone like Reg slinging.

Do the maths.

DOH!

These are big pops Matty, but not monsters. I've seen what you can do in a day!

5 in close up in a line.

Had crane written all over it to me, but not my job. Hey-ho.

Good news for my mate who's the subby climber, though. Reckon he'll get ten days work out of it!

so you don't need me to climb them then? :001_tongue:

Are they the same ones we were chattin about.? why you not climbing them?

Yep.

The risk of damaging the brand new £80k caravan underneath is huge, and I said from the outset I wouldn't do it without a crane.

Don't want to be charged for breakages, and be around when the whining about 'not making any money on this job' starts. In about ten days time!

Surprised bow saws are not being employed TBH....
