I have M200s to sell cheap but I reckon that's why they aint sellin! The wrong side of the M300!

Priced themselves out of the market as per Fletchers post - Greenmech will be loving it.

The timberwolf isn't as good and he knows it - trying to loose a crap machine on you - beware!

I wonder if anyone else will pick up the JB importing :001_huh:

Or I guess you could take a drive to Belgium!

Ye M200 a tad small, but someone looking for one for occasional use will get a steal from you at that price

Wouldn't mind a road trip to belgium... but i guess i'd have problems with warranty and things then.

Ye i know the TW is a disc, and he wants to hire to me for about £100 a day then take the price off IF i decide to buy it

Thanks Burrell, i will try. not sure about the GTM, i'd prefer to go for a tried and tested make, but I suppose i could take a demo and see how well made it seems?

But we need a member who has one of these machines to shout about its qualities so others know. This is the best place to get products out there, and honest reports by the users must help sales.

Exactly; Jo Beau have produced a solid machine and we know it. Man shown measuring a branch in that GTM vid but did you see it go through? There are some fundamentals we can't ignore i.e. engine horsepower, strength of construction, integrity of product support etc. Must admit, my M500 is going to be looked after but worked hard all the same and when it comes time to replace I'd like another. Even the proposals pictured might develop but the chipping performance to manouverability ratio looks like it still doesn't compare with the M3,4 and 500...

How do these little chippers cope with blackthorn or hawthorn?

its not the chipping, sharp metal blades will always chip wood, you just have to get the stuff to the blades and have it presented in such a way it doesnt choke the narrowest point of the chute, i cut it all down so its straight, if its jaggy it goes in jaggy end first, but it has to fit:biggrin:

That's the problem..on bushy thorn, it's the funnel that stops it, and you really need feed rollers that bite to pull it in; cutting it to fit would take forever on some jobs.

Mind you, I think you're all on to something here. It's probably not for me, because all I ever chip is hawthorn & blackthorn with a bit of dog rose thrown in, but if I still worked in gardens, I'd definitely be thinking of getting one.
