To get the inside of you flask spotless and like new, pour a bit of dishwasher liquid in and fill with boiling water, then loosley put the cap on so water spills out a little so it is completely filled to brim and leave overnight.

 

In the morning rinse and it will be like new.

 

my dishwasher does'nt need dishwasher liquid she only uses fairy:icon14:

Tonic water is good for salt intake I believe, was always drilled into you in the army to drink loads and up your salt intake if sweating alot.

 

That's why I always take a glass of salty water to bed with me :008:

 

I used to think that,but there was a Dr on the radio the other day who said we don't need any more salt than is naturaly in our food and our sweat only has salt in it as we eat to much salt.
