Pump size on Duune 420

Does anyone know the 3 pumps size / spec on a Duune 420 processor?

Had a good look & cant see any numbers on the exiting ones.

Two have 3/4" inlets & 1/2" outlets & the other one has 1/2" inlet & about 3/8" ish outlet poss smaller.

The two big pumps are about 80mm x 80mm x 80mm The smaller one 75mm x 75mm x 50mm ish.

Dont need new ones just need to know the specs so I can see the real demand not the quoted pto hp which is 40hp yet the elec motor is only 11kw (15hp.

I got sent a hydraulic diagram and parts list with mine. I'll pop to the yard in next couple of days and see if it says anything.

Thanks for that. Made me look for a parts list not just the manual so now have the info I need.

This has now got me very baffled.

specs say 40hp pto but just 11kw elec motor (15hp)

Looking at the pto pumps the total flow would actually need 30hp so the 40hp at pto seems about right.

The elec pumps have an even higher flow rate so in theory need even more hp not less.

While on pto the pumps will be spinning at about 1500-1620 rpm.

On the elec motor I would guess 1440rpm on the single phase.

Which would explain the need for slightly bigger pumps, but not the much lower hp needed.

11kW single phase motor would be a rare beast.

Is this an electric/PTO combination or options on the machine? I'm just wondering if the rams are definitely the same.

Its either or.

The drive pumps are different as is the saw motor.

The ram is the same

The specs are vague re the 230v being single phase or not.

But quote 63amps trips.
