Well, not too much work on at the moment. Had 2 big jobs scheduled for January and both have been put on hold so I decided to put my money into the future and invest in logs for the future! Need to do some serious logging now.

£39.00/ton x 26 tons yes big ouch but think I'll get 60 cube out of it @ £80.00/cube. Not so much of a big ouch more like a lot of grafting!

 

Like you say `a lot of hard grafting` aim for a minimum £100 per cube.

Even at 1.5 cube a tone conservative estimate, I'll get 39 cube which gives about £3000 which is £2000 profit as I do all the splitting so no labour costs. Any more is a bonus.
