Cheers guys, I might see if theres a second hand one knocking about somewhere, I dont think i could look past Husky if i was buying brand new to be honest :thumbup1:

 

Yeah ya could, Stihl, there still better, beter built and better parts back up.

The parts thing is a good point mate, All my local dealers are stihl dealers!

 

Im not in a positon to buy anything just yet, Due to being off coz of this fooking snow :laugh1: but i do need to add another saw to my arsenal at some point soonish :thumbup:

Hi - was of the opinion that they were made by husky too -

 

not sure how much cheeper they are tho - suppose you pay a little extra for the husky name tag

Thats one of the things for me, parts back up, i have nothing against Husky, Jreds and makita, they all produce good gear but the parts can take ages to get, i once waited 2 weeks for a drive sprocket for a 338t, if it had been a 200t they had one there and then, I can travel 5miles in any direction from me and get most common Stihl parts.
