If you read the thread proper its a draft for steve not the website. If steve has his age then he can put established 1986 /1995  or what ever date applies. Its not rocket science really is it.

But Steve doesn't need to know his age to be able to say when anything was established - DoB is pretty much irrelevant whichever way you look at it.

Ya, releasing anyone's dob is a breach of the data protection act and should not be apart of any form of example or draft just not needed or included in anything website related.
