? How much to pay for green wood?

If you can split it you will get more - and a better saw!

 

I was doing a 'car boot full' a couple of years ago for the same at £20 for split softwoods (pine), went very quick - too cheap - for ash probably go £30 to £35 to get rid of it... but adds a hassle... but also most people able to collect will have a car, not everyone will have a van to collect in bulk.

Thanks for the advice. I plan to log up this wood in a couple of weeks when the weather is cooler and sell in February.

Another question please - is there a legal or accepted definition of 'kiln dried' when it comes to selling logs?
