no motivation in the house for working out, and the gym i go to is really good, its in a nice location, and costs about 80p a day:001_smile:, there is always an instructor to keep you right, and they must have a couple of million quids worth of kit too:thumbup1:

Spot on.... I built a fantastic gym at home as I always trained at gyms full commercial equipment loads of boxing gear etc. but my time in there has just dwindled this year (although my posing son virtually lives in there), If you make the effort to go to a gym you have gone for that purpose so will do your stuff and its always good to be looking at someone out of the corner of your eye thinking he looks pretty fit and I`m sure I can better that:thumbup1:

I gave up the smoking for 7 whole years, didnt even think about it. Whe people offered me a smoke I just said I dont smoke, not that Id give up. It worked really really well. Then I was at a party and got a bit drunk..........someone handed the smokes around and I just took one, and only one. That was it, I was a smoker again. Its an addiction as bad as alcohol or drugs or chocolate, I dont believe now that Id become a non-smoker for 7years, I was a smoker in denial. So weak-willed, absolutely pathetic for a little stick to break you. Avoid the pitfalls and keep at it, I wish I had.
