4 days will go in a flash, especially if your not working, I struggled to not smoke at work but that was all.

Start mountain climbing or re start it? Have you done much before? If you can climb trees all day then you cshould be able to get up any mountain in the country, you might puff a bit but you'll still get there.

Kinda re-start. I used to be a bloody good rock climber, free climbing or with harness. But I have never climbed a mountain, just a couple of medium fells in the lakes. I'm aiming for Kilimanjaro before I'm 40, so got 12 years to "practise". haha

Psycology makes us move away from bad things, but really we should think about movign towards good things.

 

So instead of not wanting to die you must want to live instead.

Cool, good thing to aim for. I'm 40 this year so I just want to do more and enjoy it. I did some first ascent peaks in Alaska when I was 20, that will do me for achievement!

Ok, Ok. I am a non-smoker who is looking forward to a healthy, happy life, growing old watching my kids grow up, whilst enjoying the finest outdoor activities in some of the most amazing settings in the world.

Best thing i did was stop smoking,but then again i didnt have a choice being in hospital and had no cravings what so ever,
