Meindl Airstreams sizing

What’s up guys. Want to pull the trigger on the meindl airstreams but trying to figure out best sizing. I’m a 9.5us but can’t find anywhere with the half sizes so it’s the euro equivalent of a 9 or a 10 which I think it’s a 42-43. How do these boots fit? I found an old thread that said small which would indicate I should go 43.

Been a while since I had a pair but I seem to remember going down a size rather than up.

Hi can i correct you there Meindal i allways find the other way, if i buy a size 10 they are very tight so i get 10 1/2 and much better, every thing else boots shoes & wellies all 10s can you not go and try before you buy, i would do to be sure,

I'm a 43 in la sportiva and arbpro. For me these fit a bit too tight right out the box, but loosen up and fit really nice.

My airstreams are 44 which seems perfect.

Unfortunately I don’t know anywhere in the states that sell them so trying them on in person is especially hard. Sounds like a size 43, 10US, should be good.

I'm uk size 8.5 /  9 and euro 43 usually fits, I've had many pairs of Meindl boots but not airstream, they've all been similar.
