basic buissness- if you have a grinder then sell it's use, if not then try and avoid it. I do loose a percentage of jobs on the price of grinding, annoying but thats life

My grinder only cost £2k and has more than paid for itself but i cant justify getting a bigger one much as i would like to. There are 4 companies round here who have £36k Carltons or similar and i know that they are cutting each others throats. There just is'nt the work out there, if I get a really big stumpgrinding job I just contract it out to these guys.
