Went for a little explore round the forest yesterday and now I'm getting a knocking noise going over bumps. Had a look round underneath and this is the only thing I can see that doesn't look quite right.

I think it's the anti roll bar on the back. Both sides have similar amounts of play and I can move the bar with my hand between the bushes.

It's a shogun sport 2004 - is it an easy enough job to swap these out?

Correct they are the anti roll bar link's.... no point tightening as they look knackered. Probabilliy snap aswell if you try. Wont be a lot of brass so just order some new ones up
