ALPINE Magnum (think twice)

I needed some parts for my Alpine Magnum machine and ordered some back in January from the one and only distributor for this American company. Unfortunately the whole experience dealing with the sole distributor for Alpine Magnum in the UK has been damaging for my company’s reputation. Firstly when I paid £699- back in january i was told that the parts would be sent the next day, promising... but a week or so later I got a call to say that the parts wont be on there way for a “few weeks” this was obviously a vague due date but i was patient and so too were my clients waiting for stump grinding to be completed, however we are now at the end of March, over two months on and still no parts or arrival date despite many calls chasing and none returned! although many promises to return my calls were made, now my customers and also other tradesmen waiting for stumps to be removed so that they can get on are losing faith in ME! Very pleasant to speak to on the phone but nothing seemed to happen  behind the scenes, think hard about owning one of these machines as attempting to get parts maintaining them might be damaging to your business as has been the case for me.

As mentioned, report it to your credit card provider, they have the time and money to make people like this regret they ever heard of you, people who treat others like this need to meet their match, the credit card providers are it, its fraud not to provide goods or services that one has paid for, give them no more time, you may not be the only one this lot are messing around.

Well done for posting the warning. If this company is flying under the Trust Pilot banner, make a complaint on their site, and ask trust pilot to remove their certification, their web host wont be too happy either to know they are a bunch of frauds, same with their domain registrar. Do it all in writing, email, as there will be a record of their antics, your credit card provider will ask for proof that you have been in contact with this lot and will handle the rest, they are better than solicitors, infact they will use their own to bring it to court if they have to.

Hi there, I just found this thread and wanted to reply. I'm located in the USA and also have issues getting parts for my Alpine Magnum. I can usually get teeth ordered (after a few phone calls). But I've been trying to get some other parts for months to no avail. I've called, emailed, and even spoken on the phone to someone who took and order and credit card info from me. No charge on my card and no shipment.

The AM is a great product, but their support has been terrible for me.
