    Hi there, I just found this thread and wanted to reply. I'm located in the USA and also have issues getting parts for my Alpine Magnum. I can usually get teeth ordered (after a few phone calls). But I've been trying to get some other parts for months to no avail. I've called, emailed, and even spoken on the phone to someone who took and order and credit card info from me. No charge on my card and no shipment. The AM is a great product, but their support has been terrible for me.
